Excited for a weekend away and to play some records with my good friends on Martha’s Vineyard this weekend. Our friends, the Bombshell Sound Agents, have put together a cool little mini-fest this weekend with Boston’s Uhuru Afrika playing on Friday night, and Nickodemus, myself, and Dr.Juice doing the Sunday night with my man Amon on the percussion. Going to be a perfect out of town end to a summer where I haven’t even set foot outside NYC limits… just about the longest stretch I’ve been in town for nearly 8 years!
